WHY SHOULD I ADVERTISE WITH THE VIST PRUDHOE DIRECTORY?

For most businesses to maintain and/or grow sales there are three key elements required: face to face networking/promotion, digital media, and print media. We are the experts in print and how to get your name and message across to residents and really grow and expand your business.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Most customers are on our direct debit system (PayPal). It’s hassle-free and very easy to set up or cancel. Direct debits are only set up for your booking period and are not ongoing so there’s no need to remember to cancel it or money being taken by accident!Other methods of payment we accept are bank transfers, online credit card payments.

DO I NEED TO PROVIDE YOU WITH AN ADVERT OR CAN YOU DESIGN ONE FOR ME?

We have both in-house and external design services available for you. Full advert/special offers design is just £50. We will need your company logo electronically (if you have one), your contact details, text for what you would like your ad to say and any images you would like to use.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO ADVERTISE?

HOW OFTEN CAN I CHANGE MY ADVERT?

Monthly if you wish so long as we have new artwork sent to us by the 18th day of each month prior to your advertisement appearing.

CAN I HAVE EDITORIAL SPACE TO RUN WITH MY ADVERT AND, IF SO, DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR IT?

All editorial/advertorial/articles are chargeable. However, depending on the content of your written piece and the size of your booking we may be able to apply a discount for you.

DIRECTORY LISTINGS RENEWALS

Your listing will not renew automatically. We do not store or have access to your payment details.

You will start to receive renewal Emails approximately two weeks before your listing is due. There’s no need to put it in your diary, you can pay at any time. Early payment will not result in lost advertising time, it will be added to your existing expiry date.

When an Visit Prudhoe Directory Listing is renewed, you will be sent the receipt by Email & it will be featured along with the directory listing.

If payment is not received, the listing will expire approximately one week after the due date/revert to free basic listing.

CAN I CHANGE FROM FREE LISTING TO PAID LISTING?

You may change from free basic listing to a featured listing at any time, once payment is made the additional options will be made available.

Downgrading from Featured Listing to basic listing will happen automatically if payment is not received, the listing will expire approximately one week after the due date/revert to free basic listing.

I'M WORRIED HAVING THE MAP ON MY LISTING, CAN I TURN IT OFF?

If an advertiser is worried about security, they can either use a rough location (nearest town) or turn off the map option completely for their listing or use a image only option.

This does mean that the listing will not be shown in the map view, so you may miss out on potential customers in your area. But for national or online services, this would not be a problem.

Either way, just contact the administrator & request it.

CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE CATEGORY FOR MY LISTING

Yes, you can have your Standard Listing in more than ONE category. There is no charge, but the categories must be relevant to your listing. Please contact the administrator.

Free basic Listings are only permitted in one category. If you wish to add categories you will need to upgrade to a Featured listing. Please contact the administrator.

HOW CAN I ADD MY LOCAL BUSINESS TO THE VISIT PRUDHOE DIRECTORY?

HOW CAN I ENHANCE MY LISTING, TO GET MORE VISIBILITY?

You can keep your listing fresh, and get more visibility, with a page to showcase a specific product, service or special, for a limited period of time.

WHY IS A LOGO, PHOTO, OR IMAGE REQUIRED?

Each page includes a logo or a photo/image, to add visual impact and logo recognition, and so that the listing pages are consistent with one another (which helps make it readable).

HOW CAN I SEND A QUICK UPDATE, TO MY LISTING PAGE?

If you just need to send a quick correction, or if you want to change the logo/photo, or have some other minor change to make, you can Send an Update and we will make the change.

WHAT IF I HAVE SOME OTHER QUESTION ABOUT THE DIRECTORY?

It's random. Each time someone loads the page, a random listing from the Featured Listings Directory is shown.
